Hi, I’m McKenna – and I am two things: A lady and a tomboy.

California grown. Enjoying the beach, bright colors and a healthy, active life.

I grew up in a big family, and learned to find my independence through athleticism. I got a scholarship to the University of Washington, where I played in the highly competitive Pac 10 for 4 years. It was my passion! I continued my dream to play professionally with the Houston Aces until my body could take no more. After many years of soccer, I fell into fitness and fashion modeling where I got to tap into my creative side while helping brands tell their stories. Things took off from there, and for 9 years I built a name for myself in the sports and modeling industry.

I modeled all over the world for many brands such as Eddie Bauer, Asics, Under Armour, Dicks Sporting Goods, Vuori and many more. This opened my eyes to traveling. Getting to experience different cultures and other ways of life made me realize, we all strive to find unity and balance in two of the most important aspects of life: health and happiness.

Getting back into the training atmosphere has grounded me and I have never been more motivated or inspired by helping others overcome their physical and mental obstacles. After getting my NASM certification in 2019, I quickly started teaching group fitness, specifically HIIT, as well as online Zoom classes and Live workouts with brands on Instagram.

This space will offer opportunities to sweat and tone all from your home from all over the map. If you’re looking for that extra push or maybe just feeling that being active is miserable, I am here to push you in the most positive way. Let’s get to it! :)
