Neon Trails in Nike

Toning my colors this Tuesday - along with my strides.

From the trails to the beach, I prefer these Nike leggings. They aren't full spandex but the cotton-like material gives the comfort for movement, the warmth for the afternoon breeze and the style for errands before/after. Truly wear these more than anything else. There's not one shirt they don't go with.

Quick high-knee movements along with some sprints always give that long joggy pace a challenge.  Wrap your headband around your wrist as a perfect fitness bracelet ;) You never know if those bangs will give you a hard time...
